What Credentials Do We Need?

In order to provide support or assist with integrations, we require a username and password for a user with administrative access. The best approach is to create a new dedicated account for us. This allows you to track and assign any actions performed in your system directly to our developers.

How to Create a New Account?

  1. Log in to your EspoCRM using an admin account.
  2. Click on the three dots located in the top right corner of the screen.
  3. From the dropdown menu, select Administration.
  4. In the administration panel, search for Users.
  5. Click Create User.
  6. For the username, it is preferable to use dubas.
  7. For the name, you can use just the first name, e.g., dubas.
  8. Select the user type as Admin.
  9. Enter a secure password.
  10. Click Save at the top of the screen to create the new user.

How to Suspend or Cancel Access?

If you'd like to temporarily suspend our access to your EspoCRM, you can simply modify the user account and uncheck the box labeled Is Active. This will deactivate the account without deleting it.

To permanently revoke access, you can remove the user account from your EspoCRM system entirely by deleting it.
